- All orders must include legible name, complete order information, daytime phone number and full payment (or credit card information). Checks and money orders should be made payable to ePowerwash, LLC.

- Shipping & Handling (USA / Canada) is $5.95 for first book and $1.00 each additional book.
- Accepted Payment Methods include: Credit Card (Mastercard and VISA), Check and Money Order.
- Credit card payments require the following information: (1) Card Holder Name, (2) Billing Address and Zip Code associated with card, (3) Card Number (4) Expiration Date. (5) Three Digit Security Code on Signature Side of Credit Card
- Most orders are processed upon receipt with shipment occurring the following business day. USA Orders are shipped U.S. Priority Mail. Delivery time will average 2-5 business days depending on the postal service. Canadian orders are sent Air Mail with a 4-7 day average delivery time.
