Once you have determined what applications you will be performing you will be able to decide what type of unit will work best for your needs.
Hot water pressure washers are more sophisticated and therefore, more expensive than cold-water pressure washers, also machines with greater PSI and GPM will cost you more. Depending upon the type of job, you can decide on what unit is most suitable for your business.
Cold Water Pressure Washers are suitable for car, deck, patios, sidewalks, houses, roofs, trucks or airplane pressure washing.
Hot Water Pressure Washers are your best choice when cleaning oil, grease and fuel spills, and for sanitizing. These units are great for garages, industrial plants, agriculture machinery, service station areas, food-processing plants, farms, malls and airports.
If you are planning to use your equipment frequently, you will want one with high ratings in order to increase efficiency and minimize time. Short and less frequent jobs can be accomplished with a smaller pressure washer. Using your pressure washer under 30 hours per week you can consider getting a commercial unit. If you will be using it for over 30 hours per week it is in your best interest to invest in a heavy-duty industrial pressure washer.
