The very first step in diagnosing fuel system problems is to verify that the fuel supply is proper an adequate. Make sure that fuel is flowing. Start the cleaner and burner. Open the fuel pump bleed valve. If the pump is creating adequate fuel flow, fuel should come out of the port about two inches in an even stream. (more…)
